Beaches in Ibiza

On Ibiza the coast is split between very busy stretches and small coves that are still hard to find. The west and south-west hold the best-known strip, with the city and the tourist centres close to the sea; the north and north-east keep more sheltered inlets, reached by inland roads and tracks, and in the south the shoreline enters the ses Salines nature park.

That difference shapes the market: a house ten minutes from a cove in the north and one on the sea front in the south-west have nothing in common, even on the same island. Every beach on the list states the municipality it belongs to and leads to the homes for sale in that municipality.
