Beaches in Menorca
108 beaches
Menorca has two very different coasts, and it is worth knowing that before looking for a home. The northern one is more jagged and exposed to the tramuntana wind: coves of darker sand, with less building and stretches of shore where nothing has been built at all. The southern one is the coast of pale sand and pine woods, with ravines running down to the sea and the island's most established residential areas.
A good part of that shoreline is protected —the whole island is a Biosphere Reserve— and many coves can only be reached on foot, along the path that runs around the perimeter of the island. Every beach on the list states its municipality and links to the homes for sale there.
