Santa Ponça

Santa Ponça has the largest residential supply in Calvià and is one of the great destinations of south-west Mallorca. It combines broad beaches, a marina and golf courses with an established residential area, in a setting that ranges from the holiday-oriented to the family-oriented all year round.

Santa Ponça is arranged around its bay and its long sandy beach, with a promenade, restaurants and intense life in season. Next to the tourist centre spreads a large residential area —including the upper part of Nova Santa Ponça, more exclusive—, with villas and houses among pine woods and sea views. Its sailing club and the proximity of golf reinforce the sporting profile of the area, which is also steeped in history: it was here that Jaume I landed in 1229.

It attracts both second-home and holiday buyers and families looking to live all year round near the sea, with a strong weight of international buyers.
